Consultant in professional mobility, coach
For the past 18 years, I have worked as a consultant specialised in advising and supporting teams, groups and individuals. I joined La Belle Ouvrage in 2010, to work specifically on skills assessment for employees in the fields of TV and radio and performing arts, and more broadly, for any professional (executives, managers, employees, workers, technicians), from any field of activity (print media, publishing, artisans, social work, education, health, HR, aid agencies, public works, etc.).
In 1996, I became a member of AMANA training centre, first on a volunteer basis, then as a member of staff. I designed and ran training courses in French as a foreign language and literacy for adult migrants. I graduated with a Course Leader for Adults Degree at Université Paris 10, after which I helped young school leavers to design their career plan. I then extended this consultancy activity to adult job seekers, working for Psychoforme and Anode Management. In 2003, as part of Dynamique Psycho, I successively worked as course leader, consultant in skills assessment and employment (for OPCAs such as Fongecif, Afdas, and ANFH, as well as for the job centre for businesses). Later, I became coordinator and head of training in charge of a team of 12 consultants.
To hone and develop my skills as a consultant and as a professional in general, I gained in 2006 a vocational Master’s degree in training support, with a special focus on assessments, careers advice, education credit transfer and career management at the University of Tours. From then on, my main object of study was the analysis of socio-professional career paths. Using various methodologies and approaches including real-life accounts, analysis of professional testimonies, breakdown of career choices, as well as interviewing techniques (clinical, explanatory and advisory) based on skills assessments, my role is to support people who are unsure about their work future. In 2008, I trained in Coaching at the CNAM in Paris.
